No dia 18 de abril de 2024, entre as 14h00 e as 17h15 (horário de Portugal Continental), decorrerá o Seminário Internacional Permanente do grupo História Social a Norte: Como? Partilhar História. Este encontro tem como objetivo congregar, numa única sessão, personalidades com relevância internacional que recorrem à história como instrumento para a criação artística. A sexta edição do "Como?" contará com a participação de Pedro Álvarez Molina (especialista em biblioteconomia e arquivística; documentalista da série "La Peste" e de outras produções históricas para streaming, televisão e cinema), Andrea Arcuri (historiador e autor da banda desenhada "Sacromonte. Confesores") e Manuela Gonzaga (historiadora, escritora e poeta; autora do romance "Aqualtune. A Princesa do Congo" e de biografias de personalidades históricas). A moderação será realizada por Maria Marta Lobo de Araújo e Alexandra Esteves (Universidade do Minho, Portugal). Este seminário decorrerá pelo Zoom/Colibri com transmissão na Sala de Atos do Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade do Minho (campus de Gualtar). A entrada é livre e gratuita. Serão emitidos certificados de participação para aqueles que o solicitarem.
O "Como? Seminário Internacional Permanente HSN" é organizado por investigadores/as do grupo História Social a Norte (HSN) com o intuito de debater história nos seus diferentes campos temáticos e contextos temporais e geográficos. Com periodicidade semestral, cada encontro reunirá reputados investigadores internacionais sob uma pergunta. O evento foi pensado para aproximar os alunos de licenciatura, mestrado e doutoramento das práticas internacionais de investigação ou divulgação da história.

On 18 April 2024, between 2pm and 5.15pm (mainland Portugal time), an international seminar will be held by the group História Social a Norte. The aim of this meeting is to bring together, in a single session, international personalities who use history as a vehicle for artistic creation. The sixth edition of " How?" will feature Pedro Álvarez Molina (specialist in librarianship and archivistics; documentalist for the series "La Peste" and other historical productions for streaming, television and cinema), Andrea Arcuri (historian and author of the comic strip "Sacromonte. Confesores") and Manuela Gonzaga (historian, writer and poet; author of the novel "Aqualtune. The Princess of the Congo" and of historical biographies). The discussion will be chaired by Maria Marta Lobo de Araújo and Alexandra Esteves (University of Minho, Portugal). This seminar will take place via Zoom/Colibri and will be broadcast in the Sala de Atos of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho (Gualtar campus). Admission is free. Participation certificates will be issued to those who request them.
The "How? HSN Permanent International Seminar" is organised by researchers from the group História Social a Norte (HSN) with the aim of debating history in its different thematic fields and temporal and geographical contexts. Organised every six months, each meeting will bring together renowned international researchers under one question. The event is designed to bring bachelor's, master's and doctoral students closer to international history research and dissemination practices.
